The 54 Voices Fellowship is a flagship Pan-African leadership experience that brings together 54 outstanding young leaders, one from each African country, to connect, learn, and collaborate for the future of the continent. Through mentorship, leadership development, cultural exchange, and meaningful dialogue, fellows become part of a growing continental network of changemakers committed to shaping a stronger and more united Africa.

The fellowship culminates in the annual 54 Voices Summit, where young leaders gather to share ideas, build lifelong connections, and co-create solutions for Africa’s future together
